Masters of Food & Wine to Return to Park Hyatt

Featured Article from Pamela’s Punch: The Masters of Food & Wine seasonal culinary experience returns to its home in the nation’s capital, the Park Hyatt Washington, DC on Saturday, March 24th.  Once again those who are lucky enough to get a seat at the table (or in the kitchen, yes, I will be cooking, fear the novice! – and novice is giving me a lot of credit) will take part in saluting the ingredients, flavors, and talents of local chefs, regional artisans and producers, and master tea makers.   This event will feature an educational tea tasting, intimate cooking class with Blue Duck Tavern Pastry Chef Peter Brett, and spring lamb dinner with Executive Chef Sebastien Archambault, highlighting the season’s best ingredients.  I’m pretty sure as a vegetarian, I’ll be working with Chef Peter Brett.
